The Workshop
A dance studio wooden structure, on stilts, insulated with cellulose wadding, facing south,60m² (9mx6.5m; 5m high, including 3m under truss) with floating floor, fully open by a bay window, ona wooden terrace of 50m², giving onan orchard of 1800m².
The capacity is from 1 to 15 people.
In order to preserve the floor, the practice in shoes is not allowed, except adapted shoes, leaving no traces.
Possibilities of operation, hanging, installations, visual, sound, interior plastics (protecting the ground if necessary), and in the outdoor area.
Departure of the hiking trails at the foot of the orchard, passage of the Grippet river.
A sanitary area/outdoor changing room (shower, washbasin, WC, storage) adjoins the workshop and possibility of basic cooking for 5 people over the period May-September (kettle, induction hob, fridge, crockery).
In the workshop, a mezzanine of 140/900 offers 3 separate sleeping boxes, which can accommodate 1 person each (see the other accommodation possibilities in the tabACCOMMODATION).

Workshop rental
Sous les Pommiers-ba is a private place, not subsidized.
The rental includes access to and use of the workshop, the terrace, electricity, internet, sono, the video projector, the changing room with shower and toilets.
The possibility of working in the orchard.
The respect and maintenance of the place are part of the conditions of use.
