Instant Sundays

I offer you an instant, guided composition session, one Sunday a month.

The next meeting will be on April 16, 2023,from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

These sessions are open to dancers, musicians, actors, singers, visual artists... and anyone who wants to experience the world of improvisation and composition in real time.

The objective of these proposals is to share its own materials of artistic expression (texts, sounds, instrument, movement, objects, images....), for together, to rub ourselves, with other universes, in a common listening , with simple rules, laid out throughout the practice.

 

This space is intended to be a time of exploration, listening, interactions, from scores, or partitions, in order to remain in a form of real-time, structured writing. Everyone can alternate within the process, as actor or spectator, and can enter or leave the game at any time.

The practice of instant composition sharpens consciences and welcomes what is there, here and now, and the play that can result from it.

It is an organic organization of the moment, of the instant which invites to live the present, in symbiosis with the other and the space.

This requires interpreters to be present, and to have a high degree of commitment and responsibility.

To compose in the moment is to make choices, it is to observe the environment, what is taking place there and to answer the present question with the most efficient tool, movement, action, voice, speech, music...
